Pygmy
Pythons (Antaresia perthensis)
The Pygmy or Anthill python is the
smallest python in the world. They come from Western Australia
and are generally a brilliant red or orange with a speckled or banded
pattern that is a similar to a childrens python. The
pattern of the pygmy python will also fade as the animal ages, similar
to a childrens python. These pythons are fairly rare in captivity
and it is exciting to be working with these amazing pythons.
